Purpose

ELAC is a committee for parents or other community members who want to advocate for English Learners. The purpose of ELAC is to advise the principal and school staff on programs and services for English learners and the School Site Council (SSC) on the development of the Single School Plan for Student Achievement.
ELAC es un comité para padres u otros miembros de la comunidad que desean defender a los estudiantes de inglés. El propósito de ELAC es asesorar al director y al personal escolar sobre programas y servicios para estudiantes de inglés y al Consejo Escolar (SSC) sobre el desarrollo del Plan Escolar Único para el Rendimiento Estudiantil.
